2. How A LED Cinema Screen Works?

A movie LED screen is made up of thousands of tiny LED lights. Each pixel (a single point on the screen) consists of red, green, and blue LEDs.

By adjusting the brightness of these LEDs, different colors are created to form the pictures.

When you play a movie, the image signal is sent to the screen’s controller.

The controller acts like a brain, converting the signal into a format the screen can display and adjusting colors and brightness.

The processed signal is sent to the driver circuit, which acts like a commander, telling each LED how bright to be and what color to show, creating the movie image.

The LED screen is made of many modules, each containing a small group of LEDs. This design makes maintenance and repair easier.

Like building blocks, you can replace a broken block without taking apart the entire structure.

To ensure a consistent image, the screen synchronizes and calibrates itself. Synchronization ensures all parts of the screen update at the same time, while calibration ensures uniform color and brightness.

Additionally, the existing audio systems are suitable for screens up to 10 meters, but they have certain deficiencies when used with screens larger than 10 meters.

The biggest challenge in widespread adoption is the high cost of 4K LED video wall of 16 meters or less, which has hindered comprehensive installation in theaters.
